  • Andres Lynch (warmly known as “Lyncho” in the Vail Valliey) is a globally minded, multilingual educator and experiential program leader with 25+ years of experience spanning education, youth development, international student travel, and luxury tourism. Based in Vail / Avon, Colorado, Andres has designed and led programs across nine countries counting blending learning, sports, culture, and travel with exceptional standards of safety, logistics, and guest experience. Andres was born in Santiago Chile and did his K-12 education in Chile, Australia, Canada, USA, and Brazil.

Throughout his teaching career, Andres has worked with students from Kindergarten through College, delivering immersive, culturally rich, and experiential learning programs that foster global citizenship, social-emotional growth, and leadership skills.

He has built trusted relationships with families, schools, nonprofit partners, resort guests, and high-net-worth international clients, delivering personalized experiences in education, ski and golf programs, and curated cultural and adventure travel. Fluent in English and Spanish, with advanced proficiency in Portuguese and German, Andres brings an MBA-level business mindset to program strategy, operations, and long-term planning.
