Andres Lynch, warmly known as “Lyncho” in the Vail Valley, is the founder of IMETS. Andres is a multilingual educator and experiential tourism leader who has spent over 25 years working with students and private guests across ten countries—including the USA, Chile, Costa Rica, Puerto Rico, Germany, Spain, Switzerland, Austria, the Czech Republic, and Poland—and continues to expand his global reach.

Throughout his career, Andres has worked with students from Kindergarten through college, creating immersive and culturally rich learning experiences that are customized to meet individual, group, or institutional needs, promoting leadership, social-emotional growth, and global citizenship.
